Prasat Muang Kao
Prasat Muang Kao or Muang Gao is not too far from Prasat Non Ku and forms the first of the sanctuaries when coming from the east. Muang Kao is actually just behind a modern temple. The site was built in the 13th century A.D. (some sources say 10th century) and is said to have been a hospital. Though of lesser importance than Muang Khaek, there is actually more to see here since more sandstone and laterite has been used to build the sanctuary.
